Once a Chieftain, always a Chieftain!
In 2020 the Vancouver School District took it upon themselves to remove 58 years of tradition and voted to change the mascot of Columbia River High School. It was at that moment that I and other Alums felt compelled to take up that tradition and ensure it remains intact going forward.
This site is dedicated to the Alumni of Columbia River High School who are proud to call themselves Chieftains, and honor what it means to be one.
